About the Merkaba Energy Center
The Merkaba Energy Center was founded by Karen Fernandez-Cosgrove and Lisa Sacco, experienced practitioners who discovered that benefits to clients are accelerated when guided inner work is integrated with targeted Reiki and BioGenesis energy tools. Together, the two practitioners offer the Mosaic Energy Method℠ to individuals seeking a gentle, yet powerful release of trauma and emotional pain. The method is inspired by the ancient term "merkaba" with "Mer" meaning Light. "Ka" meaning Spirit. "Ba" meaning Body. With its roots in ancient mysticism, the term merkaba signifies a vehicle of divine light by which one can connect to higher realms.

Karen Fernandez-Cosgrove, Ph.D.
Karen has been working as a psychotherapist since the mid 1990's and is currently spending a portion of her time as a shaman and Reiki practitioner to provide alternative healing practices. Karen is a Munay-Ki Initiate, an empath and intuitive, and has grown up participating in and facilitating shamanic practices and techniques. |
Lisa Sacco
With over 25 years of experience as a registered nurse in Syracuse, New York, Lisa currently dedicates her healing skills to focus on mind and spirit as well as body. Lisa is a Reiki Master/Teacher, Advanced Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) practitioner, BioGenesis Master of Light, and Munay-Ki Initiate. She is a trained artist, specializing in watercolor and pastel. |
